Redefining Your Wellness Business

Learn how I created a stable and growing income in my Nutrition Business.

I know what you are going through. I remember what it was like to be working so hard, spinning my wheels trying to build stability from my practitioner income. I ended up over worked, totally burnt out and frustrated. Even after I got to the point where I had a full practice, I felt so frustrated that my income had hit a ceiling. 

Then, as it often happens when you really go looking, I found a way to grow my income, expand internationally and increase my impact, all while also increasing flexibility in my schedule. 

Here are a few things I discovered:

If I wanted a thriving income in my practice, I had to think outside of how many clients I could see in a day.

I needed to look for ways to attract people who already cared about their wellness and who may not have ever come into my practice.

I could use health education to increase revenue with very little time commitment. 

I needed a product-service based business model. Service based alone limited the number of people I could inspire to get started on a healthy living journey with me.

I learned that quality products helped me increase revenue, referrals and client loyalty without increasing overhead and time commitment.

What does success look like for you?

For me it was a combination of IMPACT and FREEDOM.

I became a Nutritionist because I had a passion to help others. I wanted to be an entrepreneur to be in control of my life.

I had to learn the hard way that not having a clear plan meant I would constantly feel I am being torn in many different directions. Not having a system meant I would struggle with instability in income. 

What I learned was I could create a simple system that focused on quality services and quality products. This would increase revenue and create long-term clients. I also learned that the right products attracted a lot of people into my business who may not require my nutrition services.
