Plans are easily converted to dairy or gluten free, as well as can be modified to be 100% plant based. Meal plans focus on a whole food-based diet and blood sugar stabilization.

6-Week Online Nutrition Course (Exhausted to Energized). For those who want to learn about nutrition without going back to school to become a nutritionist. This course features two full modules on nutritional science, an entire module on meal plan, a module on overcoming picky eating and understanding how nutrition impact behaviour. There is even a module on nutrition and hormones as well as a week’s worth of bonus content!

5 One on One Coaching Calls. These calls are to customize your program and cover topics such as meal prep and planning. The calls can be used at any point within 6 months of purchasing your 12-week program.
